Tuesday 5 June 18:30 to 19:30
We’d like to invite you to take part in a workshop that the London Borough of Bexley is holding with local businesses on their contribution to and aspirations for the local area that they operate in. The conversation will explore the importance of place making and community building from a business perspective and consider how the public, community and private sectors can work together to champion our community strengths and unlock its full potential. We are looking to capture your stories of engagement with the community and explore how this good practice could be championed, supported and replicated elsewhere. This workshop will help shape Bexley’s Stronger Communities Strategy and inform the upcoming Town Centre Strategies in Sidcup, Crayford and Bexleyhealth. As a thank you for your time, we will be able to make a charitable donation to a local good cause of your choice. This research is being led by the Council’s Community Partnerships Team with support from the Growth and Regeneration Team. If you would like to discuss further or would like to register your interest in taking part in the discussion group, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in the Community Partnerships Team.
