Situated just off the A2, Bexleyheath is the borough’s largest town centre. It has a great range of high street shops, lots of parking and excellent bus links. It’s also great place to eat or have a night out with over 25 restaurants and bars catering for every taste.

The area has recently benefited from a large scale public realm improvement project. It has a good mix of both multinational and independent businesses and an active BID (Business Improvement District) which has helped promote the town as a place to shop and do business. Within the town there are some large development sites which are now attracting a lot of inward investment interest. Take a look at the ‘Local Information’ page for more in-depth information.

Bexley Bikes

This independent bike shop at the west end of the High Street peddles bikes for commuting, off-roading and racing. They also can provide customers with spares and repairs and many repairs can be done ‘while you wait.’ Their friendly service and good advice has kept them open for 18 years – Ian from Bexley Bikes said

Because we are an independent shop we rely on local people to support us, we support them in return with good service and sound advice.
